You can get them at any national park and I think you can also order them online.

I got my Golden Age Passport when I turned 62 and I think it was $10 and good for the rest of my life, looks like they have raised the cost to $80 for the lifetime and add a $20 annual. The regular passes are $80 a year and still a pretty good deal if you make use of them.
