Problem with floor fixes is the way the camper was constructed. They built the frame and then fastened the floor to it and then put walls, cabinets, bed, etc. on the floor so what I would attempt initially is to get a dehumidifier and see if drying out the area will cause the floor to get less spongy. If there is carpet over the area, it should like be pulled as it won't let the sub floor dry. I am not sure what material your floor is constructed but I am sure there are folks here who will give you better tips on what to do. And fix the window leak ASAP! Good luck.
