To me it sounds like the converter as others have suggested. Just because Keystone offers a solar package, it doesn't mean that they are putting in lithium capable converters. The other thing to check in addition to the controller would be the settings on the Victron controller, see if the profile on that is set to Lithium or SLA. The Dealer may not have configured it right (imagine)!
