I have found a place to mount it. (2) 2" frame pieces 66" apart that run down the middle of the trailer. Each beam is 13 1/2" from the body edge.
It is about 1' in front of the single axle tires. Behind the tires is a not a possibility because of Black water tank and gray/black water valves.
From the pictures that you have posted about your approaches, it appears that most all are mounted with the cover, more or less, flush with the body of the trailer. Is that about standard?
I suppose it is access convenience and having it at the edge of the body feeding the sewer hose in would be the way to go.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
