I want to go to NYC too. Just drive down 5th Avenue.
I’m pretty sure with Texas plates and a cabover camper I have a good chance of getting pulled over and searched.
Since we are both genealogy nuts Betty has people from Poughkeepsie that we need to research. We found a KOA in Newburg? that had a deal with a tour company that picked up at their office for NYC tours. That would be my first choice. Croton Point if I didn’t want the tour.
