Sewer hoses don't come with any RV.
That is something that some RV dealers might give you in a "starter kit".
But not all do.

That Rhino hose you have is probably one of the most popular.
Are you sure the hose is completely collapsed?
If not, the way to get it to collapse all the way is to take one of the caps off so the air can escape as it collapses. Then when fully collapsed, put the cap back on.

Also, quite a few people don't even use that "square" bumper for the hose.
There are several better options for storing that hose.

On my previous travel trailer, I added the Valterra hose holder.
Our current 5th wheel came with it from the factory.
