Who the heck built a house with a 6.5’ door? A standard 2 car garage door is 16x7, one car is 9x7. Unless they had height restriction like I dealt with, that’s a special order door and more $$$. Heck, even with my shop, I put in an 18’ wide door, I hate the 16’ doors when trying to put 2 cars in. I had to find a style of door I liked that was also available in a 9’ wide door for the 3rd stall, then it took 5 months to get the door, all because of going 2’ wider.
