Check our eBay. There are many bolt in valve stems.

Side note that Aluminum ones need to have some never seize on the threads. The chrome plated brass (not steel) ones are stronger than the aluminum ones.
DOn't know what the torque spec is on the aluminum stems but the brass stems like TR 416, 435 or TR413 have a torque spec on the nuts of 25 - 45 in-lbs.
All these dimensions and specs are published in the US Tire & Rim yearbook (copies sometimes also on eBay)
