Thanks all for the support.
The Avalanche is in the shop getting the tranny worked on, all the fluids changed and rear axle opened up. We are also putting in tranny cooler. This will be our short term tow vehicle, over the winter we plan on buying a used 3/4 ton diesel for the many trips we plan on taking as a family. We are gonna take our time and do our homework, no rush.
