I'm sure staying in the RV 24/7 would effect the humidity level, and the dehumidifier ctbruce mentioned is a most excellent suggestion... that and venting the air. Whenever I would open the blinds in the morning the windows would have some condensation that would wipe off with ease, using a Bounty.
I think using an electric heater part of the day helped hold the dampness down.
