The simplest way to determine if there's a water leak (after the obvious check for wet floors and cupboards) is to purge all the air out of the hot/cold lines, close the faucets and leave the water pump turned on (no city water connected). Sit inside the RV and read a book or take a cat nap for about an hour. If you don't hear the pump cycle on/off, you can pretty much be assured that there's no water leak.
