Okay, this is different then what I have been use to the in automotive and motorcycle ownerships, where to much of a good thing can go bad quickly. I've already washed to roof once when I first purchased it so I'll clean those lines and reseal all because all look about the same. The trailer has not had much maintenance done to by the P.O. I've been playing caught up and being a new owner to travel trailers. I'm also learning along the way.
