First, is it a Norcold or a Dometic refrigerator?
Second, was the trailer level?
Third, did you try propane? or just electric?
Fourth, if the refrigerator is completely empty, it usually takes 24 hours to get cold.
Fifth, opening the door on an empty refrigerator will significantly slow the cooling process.
Sixth, if you check the temperature on an empty refrigerator, usually that process takes enough time for all the "cold air" to fall to the floor (door open) and will give you a "false high temp reading"
