Car tire question

My wife's 2003 Crown Victoria (don't laugh... just turned 60K miles) has off brand Nankang Cross Sport SP-9 radial tires. I have never seen a passenger car tire with a 51 PSI max payload 1653 lbs rating. (Just noticed as she had a flat I just changed). These appear to be V rated tires as well. Got them at Walmart and I can't remember why... I have been putting in 34 PSI and they seem to be wearing evenly (date code 4718). NADA says the car weighs 3964 lbs. What should I air up these tire to? Probably will get a new set of tire this year but my wife is fully retired and doesn't do much driving at all so maybe next year.
