Unfortunately, you’re dealing with some issues of a new trailer. Although some are more concerning than others, things like the microwave and refrigerator are more of an issue with a parts supplier than the rv itself. The fact that you cannot get it in until Oct is concerning with the water leaks. I’d be contacting Keystone and asking for approval to have a mobile tech to come and address those issues before more damage is done.
