OK all..new to this whole website and new to camping/rving period!! We are 67 y/o and are tired of taxes, upkeep of house, yard work and STUFF in our house. Looking to downsize and basically just get out from under everything! We plan to LIVE in our 5th wheel 2009 Keystone Montana year-round! And we've NEVER camped before....ever!! Figured why not take a shot at it, huh? Life is short..take chances! We can always go back to a house and "stuff."
We are really, really excited about our adventure
but would also like any advice you can give to newbies who plan to "live" year-round. We will be at a local park district campground in Havana, IL from April through Oct., then moving to a small "trailer park" setting about 10 miles away for the winter months.
