Hi all, new to the Keystone forums. Traded a Forest River for our new Cougar 26RBS in August.
Most things have been fine, there was a list of items I needed to take it to the dealer for shortly after we took delivery. One of which was the slide, when extended out it sits at a slight angle. The bottom looks like it needs to go out another inch or so. It doesn't seem to seat against the wall.
The Dealer explained that the slide was seated as intended by the manufacturer. (dont remember the exact language on the paperwork)
Thought I would ask the community. The trailer is level in the pics.
