That looks a lot like a "rebranded" Lifan. They sell new on Amazon for $249 in the US. From the link, PA is selling reconditioned ones for $299. I haven't heard from the one member who has a 1000 watt generator whether it would power his converter/charger or not. I know that mine would bog down and stall if I plugged it into our Cougar. Even with the refrigerator on propane and all the circuit breakers turned off (except the converter) ours wasn't strong enough to supply the initial wattage required by the converter.

You might want to do some research about whether it will power your converter to recharge your batteries before you spend the money. For us, it was a good intention that just didn't work out. I went ahead and bought Champion 2000 watt inverter generators and never had another problem keeping the batteries charged.
