I just bought the 2017 Premier 19FBPR a few weeks ago, and I have the exact same observation. Side walls have a solid sound when knocked on, and the back wall does have a soft hollow sound.

And as chuckster57 mentioned, my trailer does have the "filon" walls. I would expect yours as well.

Good luck with your new RV!!!! We are taking our's on the maiden shackdown trip this coming weekend to Shenandoah National Forest...really looking forward to it!
