Trying to decode all the differences, and marry them up to what I've got- mine's a new Fuzion 429, and I have no reason to think the fans are any different than OP's setup. I know the one in the kitchen functions different than the bathroom fans, so I'm thinking higher-power/Fantastic there? Am I thinking correctly that if I just get three of the Fanmate covers, I'll be good to go, or are the Maxx II covers more custom fit for the bathroom fans?
