If you check with the manufacturer you'll likely find using jacks under the slides will void the warranty & won't help the stability either.
If your rv settles with the jacks under the slides it can/would put undue stress on the slide boxes. DO NOT put jacks under the slides!
Not familiar with your 5th wheel or if it's equipped with stabilizers or electric/hydraulic levelers but with either the less they can be extended the more stable you'll feel. By adding some sort of blocks under each jack or stabilizer so they are as short as possible will be very helpful.
