I heard about that GVWR in a conversation but like you, haven't seen it in any chart or on any truck. It might be a unicorn, it might be "internet legend" that's why I posted it as, "(heard about it but have never seen one), RAM has one 2500 series that was offered with a 12,800 GVWR ????"

My "unsolved puzzle" is how can they "cross the weight class GVWR's with the EPA GVWR's" and still meet both criteria ??? If a class 2b truck requires "X" emission systems and is required to be "under 10,000 pound GVWR, when you increase the GVWR to 10800, it is no longer a class 2b truck. Doesn't that also increase the GVWR for emissions systems ??? To me, that's like having your cake and eating it too.... Hmmm
