No problem doing any plumbing/electrical work or anything mechanical. Installed new spring/hangers/wet bolts and upgraded the equalizer on the rig, along with E rated tires before ever pulling it out of the storage slot where we bought it.

I ride Harleys and have been working on them for over 40 years including building my own engines and running a lathe and mill.

No body work experience and a lack of a place to do the slide seals is why I am having them give me a quote on replacing them. If it was siding/trim/soffit like on a house or garage, I would have done it myself without hesitation. I'd hate to cause more trouble by tearing into it without knowing the steps/materials needed.

The quote may change all of that.. LOL..
