Headed to Smokey Bear CG this Friday for a week. Our kids from TN and NC are planning to meet us. Hopefully we will find plenty to do. Bike riding at Cade's Cove on the agenda.

Anyone ever stay at Smokey Bear? Will have our 7 yo granddaughter with us......hopefully plenty for her to do.

Looks like it will be hot and maybe some showers...but it is July and the south....what else is one to expect...heat, humidity, and PM showers!

Should be good time for all. To be honest, I would be OK with exploring the water falls, rides thru the mtns, and hanging at the CG for hours. Vacation doesn't need to be wall to wall activities (IMHO).
