Call them as they opened late last year due to covid. Around $30/night for full hook ups.
Theres a KOA 5 star 45 minutes along I - 69 near Muncie https://koa.com/campgrounds/muncie/

Not a lot around there. Never been to either. They were the only two on the Allstays map that looked decent.
