If you go to a furniture store and buy a bedroom set it typically doesn't come with a mattress/box spring. It's a "personal comfort" choice.

So Keystone will install the "basic" mattress. You also don't get top of the line televisions, stereo's, furniture, or appliances. If you want all of those "amenities"and the choice of fabrics, flooring etc. then move up to a "higher end" brand and add 20%+ to the price.
