my seals often don't set right when i have slideout out. they fold under. I usually now take a ladder with and fix it by hand. mine leaked once, but i think i was set unlevel with water running towards camper not away. i am more careful with leveling and no prob since. what should i lubricate the seals with? hope dealer helps you out!
