We "fought" the Keystone "Residentual Quality RV mattress" that was supposed to be as good as a "home mattress" for about 15 nights before we had enough. Went to CW and bought the short queen "eurotop" mattress on sale. It fixed all our "back problems" on the road and was much better than the toppers, etc we had tried in the past. For the money (waking up refreshed is worth most anything) I'd suggest if you're still not satisfied, don't spend any more money on "fixes" or "make-do's" rather just go ahead and get a good mattress.
