More info is needed IMO. I've never had a burner "melt" on any of the many appliances, some very high output, I've used. I have had thin metal grates over burners deform but looking at videos of your trailer you don't have those.

Brand and model of stovetop would help greatly and as Marshall asked; what were you doing when it became deformed? Some models of stovetops warn against large pots overheating the stovetop due to the very long times it takes running the burner full tilt.
