One other thought here....

Any responsible dealer will include winterizing and dewinterizing information with the sale of the RV. They should also show you where all the valves and drains and stuff are, too. This should be part of the PDI!

If they don't offer the info, ask! Make them show you how to do it and all the particulars.

When we bought our trailer, the tech asked how experienced we were with RV's and in particular, winterizing. Since I have owned TT's for 40 years now, we and he agreed to skip winterizing specifics during the walk through, but he did make a point of showing me where everything is located for winterizing and noted differences on the newer rig.
