I would suggest you install a battery monitor such as the Victron Smart Shunt or the BMV-712. if you want to boondock you really need to know what your consumption is. BTW there are cheaper options than Victron, but I like the Bluetooth to my cellphone and the integration with a Victron Bluetooth solar charge controller as well.

But even before that, I suggest pulling your batteries out and take them to an auto parts store and have them load tested.
