Wow, you have a long list. We had a similar issue with the TP holder. I eventually screwed it onto the inside center rail of the sink cabinet door. Not sure if you have that type of door panel. If you don't you can easily glue a piece of wood on the inside of the door panel as your sacrificial board and screw it onto it. Out of sight, out of mind.

I think J&A is suggesting putting the TP holder inside the door. That is where we decided to mount ours.
