I had something similar happen on my 2007 fifth wheel. I had a tree limb go into my roof in 2009 and the dealer ended up charging my insurance company 7K to replace a small section of plywood an the entire rubber roof. Then in 2014 we found that the previous dealer did not properly seal the roof membrane to the front of the FW and a new dealer had to replace the complete front cap and some filon on the right front side due to water damage and charged my insurance 5k to do that. Needless to say since then I walk my Roof about every 6 months, inside and out to ensure that everything is sealed up. Very expensive lesson.
