My DW has been griping she can't see anything but her forehead in ours. It's attached at the ceiling. I've been hesitant to lower it, assuming it depended on the ceiling screws bearing some of the weight... but seeing what you've done here, perhaps I should take the plunge and just rely on the wall screws. We certainly don't need to install a bigger one, as interior capacity isn't our issue... though a TP shelf "on top" would be a nice space-saver, seeing that half our under-sink cabinet is blocked for shore cable storage and the rest is full of plumbing interference.
