64k on the odometer. 1300hrs on the Gen

Motor purrs, Gen as well. Fridge, AC’s, inverter all work as well.

Everything looks good, just the slide has a broke gear, so pulling only from one side

The tile is broken in places, and it had a tub leak, so subfloor has to be replaced as needed. Carpet is old as well. Just going to start with a clean, level subfloor. The newer, waterproof vinyl planks are very nice, easy to install, I did our lobby last winter at work.
