Has the hot water ever flowed to those faucets properly?

If so, has anything changed in "valve position" behind the water heater?

Is there "proper flow of cold water" at the faucets? If so, then it's not the faucet strainer that's plugged".

If nothing has changed in valve position on the water heater bypass and the cold water flow is OK at the faucet, then check the faucet hot water valves. You'll need to remove the handle, remove the hot water valve and clean it. You may find grit, sawdust, dirt in the valve seat.

I see that you're in Idaho. It's still "rather cold in many parts of Idaho" so if nothing has changed, have you verified that the hot water plumbing is not frozen? In "less expensive trailers" the water lines often are routed near "un-insulated areas in the basement/belly" and those lines will freeze. Because of physics, hot water lines will typically freeze faster than cold water lines. So, verify that you aren't simply facing a frozen water line that has been working OK all winter, up till now.....
