Well stated by chuckster57, depending on your relationship with your dealer, you may be able to take pictures yourself and send them to him. eliminating a trip, As a matter of fact, I always take pictures and send them to the service department so that can see what I am referring to before I get there. At times they used those pictures to send to Keystone or order parts ahead of time. Other times I had to take more pictures for them. It is worth a try, better camping than visiting the dealer
Added: Keystone loves pictures !!!!
