Finding a water leak can definitely be hard to track. We had one on our house during heavy rains that would soak the carpet years ago by the window on the main floor. Took forever to find it and it wasn't where I thought it would be. Water was getting in behind the siding on the second floor and running down to the main floor.
Pulling the front off and looking for water stains behind it is going to be the only way to determine if its water and where it got in. The delam or bulge is in the middle of the trailer which I agree with Keystone that there is no typical water delam trail to the bulge.
Most of the delams I have seen online start near the roof seem, sides or the clearance lights and spread. Mine is almost in the middle of the trailer but then again water is tricky!
