For what it's worth, when I had the same issue in our Cougar XLite, the dealer said they would check it out, but that Keystone's "test" is placing a tissue over the vent. If the tissue moves, the airflow is adequate. For our bedroom vent, the tissue fluttered a little even though you couldn't feel any flow with your hand, so Keystone said its up to their standards. Apparently we have different standards... Not happy about that, but Keystone wasn't going to approve anything under warranty. So, I have plans for next summer to drop the Coroplast and see what I can do to fix the situation myself.
