That could be cause for concern if you knew something about it other than the aftermath!
How were the maintained?
Were they approriately sized for the load?
Were they properly inflated?
Were they jumping curbs or hitting every pothole?
Too many variables to speculate the cause by 1 photo.
This can happen to any brand at any time!
I had the Sailuns on my last 5er that were highly recommended by dozens on several forums & had no issues.
You buy what you want, keep properly maintained & inflated, most likely you'll not have an issue as long they're not the so called "China Bombs" that are mentioned on every rv forum.
If money's no object you can pay 50%+ more than the Sailuns for a set of made America Goodyear's. Are the GYs 50%+ better tires, I personally don't think so.
