And the key word seems to be....preferable.....not mandatory!.....kind of like in the OSHA regulations where the word "shall" means it MUST be done, whereas the word "May", says that it is preferable to be done. And as I stated in my previous post, the amount of load capacity excess I have for my scaled weight trailer is almost 700 lbs per tire, which seems very reasonable to me.
