I've used the RH on 3 different trailers, but if Carlisle says the HD is an improvement, it may be what goes on the next time around. I have 3 years for others to give feedback before I have to decide. A quick look at the website I noticed at some sizes the width is wider, but the tire is not as tall. The size I use also calls for a wider wheel 6" vs 6.5", but max weight and air pressures are the same (with the exception that the HD doesn't list a dual rating).
