It sounds like your going from 2 waste tanks to 3. The 3” drain will be the black tank and the two 1 1/2” valves will be gray tanks. Common to have 2 separate outlets when the floor plan has sinks/bathrooms spread far apart. 2 short hoses hooked to a Y will allow you to dump all 3 into the same hose.
