More than likely, it will be cheaper and quicker to just replace the faucet than trying to repair it. This is one that is commonly installed in RV's. If the valves can be removed, it is possible to find replacements, but all the running around trying to find the parts will just add to the frustration, where replacing it will solve the problem.
