Is this a new condition or has this happened since new? Did this just start happening at a particular cg? Couple of things come to mind. First what Chuck said above. Does the blank tank drain the same volume without doing this? If not, that would eliminate the drain line in the ground running slow. I have read where people have found debris in the tank that blocks the drain pipe. You list the unit as 2018 so I'm assuming it's still under warranty.
