Pickup a Motor Carriers Atlas at a truck stop, all of the highlighted roads are approved for trucks, if they fit so will you.
If you are mainly concerned with low clearances it has a section in the front listed by state of all the low clearances in that state by highway number.
We traveled fulltime for 10+ years all across this great country using that MCA, Google maps on our phones & when equipped used the truck GPS, referenced all 3 before heading out, never had a rv specific GPS, never needed one.
I would recommend measuring your rig on level ground, not level with the leveling system, from the highest point on the roof so you know exactly your heighth not from any literature or someone else's measurements. Typically any overhead structure lower than 13'6" is required to have a warning well in advance with the posted height, but signs fall/blow down so a watchful eye & good navigator are mandatory.
You shouldn't have many issues, if any, traveling in the SE, in the NE is a different story, lots of older areas that still several areas w/ low clearances.
Good luck & safe travels!

Edit:

Just read your signature & thought HOLY COW pulling a 34' long 14k lb 5er with a Chevy Colorado, you'd have way bigger issues than low clearances. Then noticed that apparently meant you're from Colorado. Whew! scared me for a second!
Hopefully you've got plenty of truck?
