These are the questions that you need to answer. Yes they are about 1" taller, but that's only 1/2" additional on top, but will be the full 1" closer between tires since you gain the 1/2" on each. Your suspension typically will travel about 2", but could go as much as 3". Most trailers have 6" or more clearance. I made this exact change on my Alpine without any problems. Went from the E rated Tow Max to the F rated Carlisle tires and very glad I did it. Check your clearances and go from there.
