Here's my opinion, and it's worth exactly what it costs :-)

I don't think that any aftermarket tuner can significantly improve on engine efficiency without negatively impacting performance. You can achieve the same effect yourself by easing off of the go pedal.

Tuners are at their best when giving you "Moar Power!" by actually using more fuel. This is not the best idea on the 6.0 unless you've beefed up certain weak points like the head bolts.

The most cost effective way to increase efficiency is to do an EGR delete, which is a controversial subject and may cause your vehicle to fail emissions inspection.
