The VIN does not help, list the model of the trailer. On my last trailer I had several problems with the slide. All where electric problems, fuses. I found once that the fuses where good but, it had a breakerless fuse that failed a 5 dollar part. I was told that is is rare but, my failed. It was located away from the fuse panel. Unknown if keystone uses them or not. Sounds like a simple problem, no electrical power to that slide but, where and why of course thats the hard part. Good Luck.
