You may want to rethink the "1 gallon of water" in the fresh tank. Typical fresh water tanks a gallon may not cover the bottom on the tank. We usually travel with right around a 1/4 tank of fresh water so if the camper is a little off level (like every parking lot is for drainage) the pump pick up hose will still be covered. I'd guesstimate that a simple flush of liquids in the toilet and washing hands after would use about a 1/4 -1/2 gallon of water.

Also keep 4 - 5 gallons of water in the blank tank before leaving. The water sloshing around in the black tank helps to keep things liguified.
